Friday, June 13
–	Engineering begins at 9 am
–	Social Ecology 1 begins at 1 pm
–	Social Ecology 2 begins at 5 pm
Saturday, June 14
–	Humanities begins at 9 am
–	Arts, ICS, Physical Sciences begins at 1 pm
–	Biology begins at 5 pm
Sunday, June 15
–	Social Sciences 1 begins at 1 pm
–	Social Sciences 2 begins at 5 pm
All are held in the Bren Events Center

Staff Volunteer Sign-Up Form

Several positions are available for all three days, so please volunteer for as many ceremonies as possible.

Volunteer Positions:

Host

Greet and direct guests to seating areas

Guide wheelchair guests to designated seating areas

Ticket Taker

At entrance door, tear-off and return ticket stubs to guests.

Check ticket for ticket ceremony

Bachelor Student Lineup

Assist bachelor candidates with regalia

organize line up

guide the bachelor's candidates into the arena

Information Booth

Provide directions for guests and graduates

Answer questions

Sell Programs
